課程概述

本課程以研究UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods(CISG)為主要對象，參考PICC、PECL、DCFR及各國法制為討論資料，並比較台灣契約法的規定及實務運作。

課程目標

1.瞭解契約法國際文件及歐洲契約法之最新發展
2.瞭解台灣契約法與國際契約法規範之異同，並提出我國民法應修訂之處

課程要求

1.參與課堂討論
2.就研究主題，進行課堂報告
3.撰寫期末報告
4.具備閱讀英文文獻能力
